     Back Alley Sports guarantees that any piece of autographed memorabilia we sell is 100% authentic! Every autographed item that we sell comes with a certificate of authenticity from some of the most highly regarded names in the industry.  
     We deal only with trusted suppliers that we have developed a relationship with over the years and we do not deal with, or condone any type of "fake" or "counterfeit" sports merchandise. 


    Who is the autographed memorabilia that you sell certified by?

     The items we sell have several different authenticators, one of the most common you will see with baseball items is MLB Authenticated, or UDA (Upper Deck Authenticated). All of our autographed items are certified by well known, reputable names like Steiner, Tristar, Sports Images, Great North Road and other very reputable companies.


    Do you have a store that I can visit to shop in person?

    Sorry but.....The answer is no we don't, we are an online store only.
    We have thought in the past of opening a brick & mortar location, for various reasons, but have decided not to. Actually dealing online only, allows us to try to keep our prices as low as possible, as there is much less overhead involved.    


    What kinds of payment do you accept?

     We accept Paypal and most major credit or debit cards. As of the time this is being answered, credit/debit card payments on our site are accepted through Paypal's secure payment processing pages. (Note that you Do Not need a Paypal acct. or to sign up for one to pay with a credit or debit card this way).  In the near future we will have our own secure payment gateway for credit /debit card transactions....We apologize if this causes any inconvenience to you at this time.    


    What shipping method do you use?

     Most all of our orders ship with either UPS or FedEx ground. In the case of something like single card shipments, those would be shipped with USPS first class or priority mail. 


    Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

     We will ship to any address in the continental USA with the following exceptions - Orders cannot be sent to P.O. boxes, or military addresses and the ship to name & address MUST match the name & address associated with the credit card or Paypal account being used.
     We do not ship internationally at this time, although if you live in Canada - Please contact us before ordering and we will assist you with the best shipping solution possible, thank you.


    How long will it take to get my order?

     All orders received on our site before 2:00pm CST Monday - Friday are processed the day they are received, orders received after 2:00pm, or on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will process the next business day. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and if we are able to process your order on the day it is placed, we certainly will.  Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, certain memorabilia items may take longer (3-5 days).  Once the order ships you will receive an email with your order's tracking info. Depending on where you live it should arrive in approx. 2 - 5 business days from the date it is shipped.

     


    It said my item was in stock but after I placed the order you said it was sold out? What happened!!?

     Please be aware that although we try to keep our site updated constantly.... There is a chance that this could happen if the stock was low on that item. If any item we list gets ordered before we have a chance to update the site, we will immediately cancel that order and contact the customer ASAP. and give them the choice of either... A: Waiting for another item on backorder if available.   B: issue an immediate refund.  C: Shipping another item of equal (or sometimes greater) value if possible.


    What else do you sell besides sports memorabilia?

     Although most of Back Alley Sports' focus is on sports and sports memorabilia, we are also trying to focus on sporting goods.
    We are currently listing many different brands & models of fish finders and are hoping to be getting more into the fishing category...(fishing rods, reels etc.)
     We list a small selection of radar detectors right now as well, but in short...most of what you will find here in the future will be sports related (anything from sports collectibles, to fishing gear, sports attire, equipment and other products). We hope you will come back now & then to see what else we may have in stock.
     Any suggestions for products or info that you might like to see here on our site, is more than welcome!
